There is already enough traffic in this area as it is because of the elementary school and the apartments on Hwy 160, these apartments would only make it worse

AGAINST the apartment complex building off Calvin Hall. The strain it will put on schools and traffic is unacceptable.

We do not need more congestion in this area. Also our resources are being pushed to the limit now and I don't believe our infrastructure can handle this influx of people.
We bough in this area because of it not being overcrowded and the area around it.

Growth and development that respect the needs of the existing and future residential investment in our Community should be the highest priority of our elected leaders! The cancerous practice of over-development as a budget-hole patch or revenue grab by local politicians or other self-serving interests without regard for the community health must NOT be accepted as "a done deal"!

We don't need any more homes, apartments or businesses in Indian Land!! The area is a congested mess now and crime has risen. There's more and more trash all over the roads, not to mention what continued building is doing to our ecosystem.

We do not need two apartment building that close to each other, they haven't done anything about the roads that need to be done first before anything is put in.

Apartments encourage a transient population, increase traffic, increase demands on public safety services and public utilities.

Unless you have the infrastructure to support this growth, we do not need.
