Please reject this plan, there is too much government in our lives as it is. We don't want outside advice and control by anyone else except our local County Commissioners who are elected by us.

As a Realtor I will say the controled growth use now firmly implemented with our renewed Comp Plan is the THe biggest factor in new movement to Martin County and why there is such low turnover in our properties. Keep the FEDS out of any and all possible control Please. We are capable of localizaed decsions on our future. Thank You.

Ceding local input to "regionalism" and the loss of input by our City, Town and County elected officials is the loss of our real property rights. 7/50 is an extension of the UN Agenda 21 Master Planning by Big Government "Experts". Personally I've seen enough of Big Government and Socialism !

LOCAL control of our area is paramount in best governance. Both Indian River and St Lucie counties learned the truth of 7-50.
