বাবা মাকে হত্যা নিঃসন্দেহে জঘণ্যতম অপরাধ। আদালতের সর্বোচ্চ শাস্তিও এর সাজা হিসেবে যথেষ্ট নয়। ঐশি রহমান তার বাবা মাকে নৃসংশ ভাবে হত্যা করেছে। বিজ্ঞ আদালত এই মামলার রায়ে সর্বোচ্চ সাজা হিসেবে মৃত্যুদন্ড দিয়েছেন। আদালতের রায়ের প্রতি আমাদের শ্রদ্ধা আছে।
আমরা জানি একজন মাদকাসক্ত মানুষের হিতাহিত জ্ঞান থাকেনা। ঐশি রহমান যখন বাবা মাকে হত্যা করেছে তখন সে মাদকাসক্ত ছিল, সুস্থ স্বাভাবিক ছিল না। একজন মানুষ মাদকাসক্ত হওয়ার পিছনে তার নিজের দায় ছাড়াও পরিস্থিতি পরিবেশ এবং সমাজ তথা আমাদেরও দায় আছে।
যেহেতু অপরাধ সংগঠিত হওয়ার সময় অপরাধী মানসিক ভাবে অসুস্থ ছিল্, তাই মহামাণ্য আদালতের কাছে আমরা ঐশি রহমানের ফাঁসিতে ঝুলিয়ে মৃত্যুদন্ড কার্যকর করার রায় পুনর্বিবেচনার আবেদন জানাচ্ছি।

শাস্তি অবশ্যই চাই। কিন্তু সেটা যাবত জীবন , ফাঁসি নয়। ফাঁসি যদি দিতেই হয় তাহলে ওর এই পথে আসার জন্য যারা দায়ী তাদের আগে ফাঁসি দেয়া হোক।
ছোটবেলায় পড়েছিলাম অপরাধীকে নয় অপরাধ কে ঘৃণা করো,তাই ঐশীকে নয় ঐশীর কাজ কে ঘৃণা করা উচিত।শুধু মাত্র ঐশীকে ফাঁসিতে ঝুলানোই এই সমস্যার সমাধান হতে পারে না,সমস্যা সমাধানে আর যাতে কেউ কে ঐশী হতে না হয় তাদের বিচার আর এই সাধারণ ভাবে জন্ম নেয়া মেয়েটির অপরাধী জীবন থেকে ফিরিয়ে এনে তাকে আবারো স্বাভাবিক জীবনে ফিরিয়ে আনা।
There's a lot of professional murderer in this country and they are out of any kind of judgement by any court, and they are free and enjoy freedom,court or law are avoiding this, anyway ,this is not an issue for concern about her.think she is not supposed to be punished so!

ঐশীকে শিশু পুনঃর্বাসন কেন্দ্রে পাঠান হোক। এবং পরিপূর্ন শিক্ষা শেষে তাকে স্বাভাবিক জীবনে ফিরে আসার ব্যাবস্থা করা হোক। মালালা ইউসুফ জাই যেমন তালেবানের আক্রমনের শিকার হয়েও এখন সামাজিক উন্নয়নে নিজেকে নিয়োজিত করেছে, তেমনি ঐশীকেও সামাজিক উন্নয়নের একজন রোল মডেল হিসেবে গড়ে তোলা হোক। সে সচেতনতা সৃষ্টির জন্য কাজ করে যাবে আমৃত্যু। বাংলাদেশের স্বাধীনতা ও স্বার্বভৌমত্বে বিশ্বাসী একজন নাগরিক হিসেবে এটা আমার চাওয়া। মাননীয় আদালত, ঐশীর রায় পুনঃবিবেচনা করে এবং ফাঁসির রায় মওকুপ করে তাকে উপরোক্ত কার্যক্রমে সংযুক্ত করতে আপনার মর্জি হয়।
