I'm a 19 year old who works full time in a local timber yard in peckham, at the moment Southwark has nothing for a teenager to keep busy by apart from the 1.1m bmx track that you need to be a member for and not everyone can ride a bike. The empty land in between Whitten timber and peckham library what has been empty for some years. It's a waste of space that could be used. Not only will it give youths, adults and kids something to do but it will also bring life back to peckham. The karts will be electric so environmentaly friendly and quiet for the locals. Please sign my petition so we can get Southwark to fund it instead of them digging up the same road over and over.
