xxx Consideration for Coaches S & F Yaqubi

Farshad and Sijad are great coaches. I know that they made a bad choice but the suspension for one full year is too harsh. The coaches do care for the kids and have put a lot of effort in building teams. Please consider your decision

Please dont suspend the coaches, errors happen. My grandson always tells me about his games, goals, and new moves he learns from his coaches. Don't penalize all the 50-60 kids . . . . Think about it please

I can attest to the exemplary manner these two coaches build teamwork, sportsmanship, and technical skills among their young charges. I would urge the committee toward leniency for this first- and likely only-time offence.

The Yaqubi brothers' high regard for the sport and for each individual player has built a team in which the children are intent on improving their skills but are also supportive of their team members. Sijad and Farshad are a credit to the community.

I think there are two important reason to consider some form of penalty other than suspension for Sijad and Farshad in this case. First, they realize that their actions were wrong. The day following the incident in question several parents including myself talked Sijad and Farshad about their actions. They understood that their behavior was inexcusable and they apologized to us and boys on the team. I believe they have learned and continue to learn from this mistake. Second, Sijad and Farshad are dedicated coaches who my son thoroughly enjoys working with. Under their guidance I have watched my son and the entire 2003 team he plays with improve to a remarkable extent. Sijad and Farshad put a lot of work into coaching and a lengthy suspension would impact the development of many young soccer players.

I urge the diciplinary committee to use common sense and leniency for this first time offence. Farshad and Sijad are hardworking, dedicated coaches who deserve a second chance.

My son has been coached by Farshad and Sijaad for two years. They are both extremely dedicated to the kids and have gone well beyond my expectations in teaching skills and, in particular, sportsmanship, to their players. I am confident that the incident complained of was no more than an error or oversight, with no intention to break the rules. To suspend such devoted coaches under these circumstances would be unduly harsh on them and a significant blow to the many children they coach and mentor. I fully support Farshaad and Sijaad in this matter and hope the committee will come up with a reasonable and lenient solution.

My son's first year with these coaches an he loves working with them.

Let the kids play!

Coaches Sijad and Farshad have been fantastic in the year we have been with them. Great at teaching sportsmanship! Please let them continue coaching or else our sons are penalized.

As a first time Offender, and two young coaches it's not at the best interest of the 60+ kids and The TSA to lose two caring and dedicated coaches for a one time bad judgment.

Please think of the impact this will have on the players.

My son will be devastated if his coaches can assist with his development on a go forward. The infraction happened with a U 14 Team. . . If there is a penalty would it not be reasonable to direct the penalty towards that specific team that was involved vs. the various teams they coach.

Please try to find a solution that doesn't disrupt the bond between the kids and their coach. Thx

Coaches Sijad and Farshad are extremely dedicated full time coaches who are responsible for the development of players on several teams. That is why the possibility of suspension from all coaching activities seems a quite harsh consequence to teams that were not directly involved in the unregistered player incident. Consider the impact of a total suspension on their U10 and U11 players who are developing their skills and love of soccer with Coaches Sijad and Farshad. As a parent, I respect the rules of sport, the concept of fair play and the pursuit of continuous improvement. The important lesson of this incident had already been learned within our club. Please balance the outcome of your ruling with the implications to many children who have bonded with their treasured coaches. Thanks for your consideration of this matter, Derek Ceccarelli

These coaches go above and beyond coaching to produce videos of the kids, post to Instagram, personal training sessions, organizing award banquets. They are passionate and dedicated and talented. They also have us, the parents, as a resource for moral guidance in the future.

I ask whoever make the decision can let my son keep his Coach Sijad and Farshad, please do not interrupts his soccer learning path. Thanks? Mei
