In order for the Petition to be valid please note the following:

1. Files are set up for the double side and MUST BE 11x17, black and white copies are still valid.

2. Must be 18 & registered to vote (You can register online or update your registration):

3. A valid signature is just signing and printing your name.

Address, city and county are for assisting and providing ease in voter look-up during the verifying process. Whatever you choose to give is appreciated.

4. Must be placed in the mail June 27, 2015, that it must already be in the mail for Monday June 29th to get to Seattle in time to turn in to the Secretary of State.

Ballot Summary

This measure would create a seven-member board to license and regulate commercial medical cannabis dispensers, producers, and processors; impose fees; adopt a tax exemption; allow cannabis use by minors; require video evidence of impairment to use THC blood concentration evidence; authorize use by non-residents; limit housing discrimination ; require siting of medical cannabis licensees by local governments; restrict employment-related testing; add defenses to criminal prosecutions; limit cooperation with federal investigations; and adopt other cannabis-related laws.

To the Honorable Kim Wyman, Secretary of State of the State of Washington: We, the undersigned citizens and legal voters of the State of Washington, respectfully direct that the proposed measure known as Initiative Measure No 1372, and entitled, Statement of Subject: Initiative Measure No. 1372 concerns marijuana, also known as cannabis. Concise Description: This measure would create a board to license, regulate, and allow for medical cannabis production, processing, and sales; impose fees on licensees; adopt tax exemptions for medical cannabis; and adopt other cannabis-related laws. Should this measure be enacted into law? Yes[ ]No[ ]

A full, true and correct copy of which a link is provided, be submitted to the legal voters of the State of Washington for their approval or rejection at the general election to be held on the 3rd day of November 2015; and each of us for himself or herself says: I have personally signed this petition; I am a legal voter of the State of Washington, in the city (or town) and county written after my name, my residence address is correctly stated, and I have knowingly signed this petition only once.
