Request for Engineering and Construction of Turn Lanes on Sicard Hollow Road and Liberty Parkway intersection for Waiting Carpool Traffic

This is truly a disaster in the morning as school begins and is even worse in the afternoon as school dismisses. A rainy day......let's don't even think about going that way.

I agree that this needs to be explored -- very dangerous and only a matter of time before there is a serious accident.

Very bad situation. I no longer have children in VH school, but this is a danger and serious traffic situation for anyone travelling on this road or through this intersection.

Very dangerous and / or time consuming area twice per day

I have a child in the middle school and this petition basically declares what I and others feel about the bottle neck that happens in traffic at this location. There needs to be multiple lanes/turning lanes and possibly a traffic light even.

I'm signing the petition for the study of Liberty Parkway and Sicard Hollow Rd intersection.

This is a need of critical importance and is only escalating with the continued expansion and growth of Liberty Park. God forbid an accident were to happen after the Council has been made aware and if nothing gets done. The city is setting itself up for some serious legal issues if this is ignored.

This is a very scary intersection with cars and major trucks trying to drive on the wrong side. A major wreck is waiting to happen with a very strong chance young kids could be in the car.

If you have ever experienced the traffic congestion that takes place every school morning, then adding turning lanes would be a no brainer.

bd of education should pay for study

Sicard Hollow is dangerous and the pot holes and lack of carpool lane make it more so. Please address these issues.

My husband was almost hit head-on by a speeding driver going around traffic. He had to run completely off the road almost into the trees.

No one should block road. kids should be picked up behind school!!! The mothers sit there and play with phones and the golf cart people think they own the road

The backup on Sicard Hollow Road due to Liberty Park Schools must be addressed!!

Please clean up the roads on sicard hollow!!!! Too many accidents for automobiles and cyclist!

This is a major problem that needs to be resolved before a head on collision happens during carpool times.

There are backups at school pickup times throughout the area close to the 2 schools - having law enforcement direct traffic would be a temporary solution - developing a plan to deal with the traffic congestion would be a better plan

Please also study Sicard Hollow & Blue Lake Road intersection at the old pumphouse. Very congested
