My prior co-op was very financially unstable and consequently the maintenance fees increased exponentially in a short period of time when facade work had to be performed — this is the main reason I moved to Seward. I don’t want myself and others to have to move from Seward due to a poor financial reserve for unforeseen expenses.

This petition needs to be sent to absent owners. I am strongly in favor to trying to get this referendum passed and didn't know this petition existed until today. Even some residents might not know about it. Thank you for working on this and please try to get the word out.
