Military families especially should not be made to give up their pets or pay thousands of dollars to have them transported to the next duty station.

Even a once a week or twice per month pets only, & their human companions, flights would be awsome. We have 3 dogs & the youngest needs his comfort human!

It’s ashamed that the little dogs can basically go everywhere with their humans but big dogs get all the bad rep. But it’s normally the little dogs that are barking at everyone.

I would gladly take advantage of such a service as a large dog pet owner, and may even travel more often and with my pet if this type of service was offered. If pets are allowed on public transport in many major cities around the world, I think the same service would be great to extend to the air.

This can easily work with the right rules and logistics! I would pay just as much as my human ticket for my 40 lb dog to sit in cabin with me in his own seat/dog space near me.

Me and my anxious but very gentle German Sheppard-Mastif (100 pounds) dog would love to be able to travel home together in the cabin!

I 100% agree. These pets are like family. Especially to those who can’t have kids, these are their kids. We would pay extra to keep them safe.

As a frequent traveler, I would welcome this option. I would, when able, also choose to fly with/support an airline that has this option — even when not traveling my pets.

Fantastic idea!! Pets are family members who don’t belong with the cargo!
