Giving control to the state (our state) that is basically bankrupt due to our politicians that now want to further control us is LUDICIS - to say the least ! No way can or should this happen!! The very thought that politicians will tell us what is best and guide our lives - that is so wrong!! This our town our equity invested, we pay the freight! NO!

These bills are a transparent attempt to destroy affluent and desirable towns in CT. The sponsors should own up to their true motivations, which are to drive successful and responsible citizens out of the state.

A state wide real estate tax will just add to the burden of a state that is seeing its wealthiest residents leaving. This will just add to that exodus. This is just another assault by the state toward residents of Fairfield county.
