I believe this is a REALLY BAD BILL. It will destroy some communities and devastate some towns.

We pay enough taxes, and enough multi-family homes around us already. The state should not be involved in zoning in individual towns.

When will you realize that human and financial capital are mobile? Over burdensome taxes and regulation have caused a mass exodus of people and businesses out of CT over the last two decades. Increasing central authority and further increasing taxes on hard working CT families will only exacerbate the exodus and erosion of the tax base. You cannot tax your way to prosperity.

NO MORE TAXES! Zoning belongs to the towns, not the state.

The state has a spending problem. Not even a pandemic got Hartford to make cuts. While regular folk got fired, Hartford got pay raises. Enough!

Small towns are what makes CT great and are its strength. Hartford should fix its own policies.
