These animals are well loved and cared for. They are used to educate the public, schools, communities and private sector to respect and protect our wildlife. Where would these rescued animals go? It is pontless and criminal to destroy them. The best solution is to grandfather POTH in. I am definitely against the passing of this ordinance and plead with you to not destroy these beautiful animals,

I don't think luck will help -- they are going to need money to hire a good attorney in order to defend themselves from their raft of criminal complaints filed against them by the WDFW, USDA and Skagit County.

Really -- how would you like to find wolves in your garage tomorrow morning? It is happening. Is this no threat? You should talk with the animal control officer who tried to recover one of the escaped wolves...

The proposed ordinance does not prohibit organizations like POTH -- it only provides a consistent framework under which they can operate. All they need to do is be accredited and participate in a Special Use Hearing. No animals will be put down and if/when they choose to shut down there are shelters ready and willing to take all the animals.

If they have the best safety protocols and equipment why do they have numerous citations from USDA, City of Anacortes and WDFW? Why are the animals getting out?
