I am not in favor of any wild animal being kept captive by humans. But the fact of the matter is that certain circumstances make this condition unavoidable. I am also not if favor of creating laws that displace properly cared for animals that could lead to their distruction. Please reconsider the potential ramifications of the regulations you about to impose.
