"The Soup" remains, not only one of my favorite shows, but one of the most creative out there, due to the brilliance of the writing, Joel's irreplaceable hosting abilities/handling/wit & talent, but because it pokes fun at life. Satire in reality helps to distill, & give comfort from reality itself. Wars, politics, economy; turn on the news & you will not only be alarmed, but saddened. The news offers just as it should. Information, with no levity. No relief from the tears.
& it's shows like "The Soup" that provide that comfort.
That good feeling inside, where laughter gives way to to hope, & hope continues to help us have faith that tomorrow can be better.
Laughs change the world.
I implore you to keep The Soup on air; not just for the brilliant cast/crew/dog, but because with it gives hope.

KEEP THE SOUP! I'VE BEEN A FAITHFUL WATCHER FOR YEARS!!! It's literally the ONLY thing I've EVER watched on E! Because, quite frankly, I hate the Kardashians.

Maybe E! wants to cancel it because for Soup fans, it's the only show on that channel worth watching, so they don't think they're getting enough viewing from those fans elsewhere ... might not sound like a logical position, but it's one some programmers take.
