A very small percentage of the people want to see the Peace Cross taken down. Seems like the courts are hearing their voices over those don't want it down.

The Peace Cross is a War Memorial honoring the Brave men of Prince George's County, Maryland. It is not a place of Worship.

Please do not remove this beautiful monument placed in memory of military members who gave their all for our country during WWI ... to do so is to dishonor their service and memory. I grew up not far from The Peace Cross and when we passed it, it was comforting, knowing we were almost home.

The Peace Cross Memorial was erected in Bladensburg when I was 4 years old and has been a Landmark since then. To have it taken down for any reason is a slap in the face for all of the World War I Veterans and their descendants. Leave the Peace Cross alone!

Historic War Memorial and for some that fell on foreign soil the only Memorial they have.

This is simply a memorial to the young men who of our county, who died in a war that threatened our very way of life.
They deserve better than this frivolous suit.
To take it down only because of it's shape is a crime!
Only a hand full of malcontents can dictate to long time residents?
Look into your heart.
