This is outrageous! This monument was dedicated to the men from PG County who died in World War 1. I am so upset by these people's actions, I want to protest in from of their building downtown - how about it?

The Peace Cross was and is not related to religion. This is memory of the people the service in WW1 - leave it alone

I grew up in Hyattsville, Maryland and have never seen this memorial as anything related to religion. Please do not demonize the brave local service members that gave their lives and are memorialized by a thankful community so that you (and other outsiders) have the ability to abuse the freedom that these service members fought to maintain by squabbling over seperation of church and state.

This MEMORIAL was paid for BY CITIZENS of Prince George's county to memorialize their loved ones that were killed during WWI. It has stood for generations, and has become a landmark in Bladensburg.

Do we forget everything that men fought and died for to keep this country free. Because of one groups feelings. What then of the men that cross honors??? "NOT EVERYTHING WE DON'T LIKE MAKES IT OFFENSIVE" Have a great day!!

I am so tired of folks wanting to try and erase good or bad history. It's history and respect for the soldiers who died for our country.

Born in Riverdale and raised around Bladensburg. Attended 10th grade at BHS. Pass by the Peace Cross everytime I visit my mom gravesite as well as other family members at Fort Lincoln Cemetary.
We are proud of the men who sacrificed their lives to keep our town, our county, our state and our country safe. Keep their memory alive and at peace.
Save the PEACE CROSS

Absolutely do not want this awesome memorial torn down. It’s respect for our fore fathers that gave their lives for us. I’ve been a resident of Prince George’s County all my life & proud of it. If we forget those who gave their lives for us our children will never know how we got to have freedom in this country. Christian values are just respect for all of us as a unity together we stand!!
