This is a great opportunity to create a wonderful Greenway for America to enjoy for many years. Let's not waste this chance when so many studies have found Rocky /flats safe for this use!

Do it. Twenty years of studies and monitoring have proven the land is safe, especially the northeast corner where the trail would be routed. Commissioned as a National Wildlife Refuge in 2005, we've waited over 10 years to enjoy what the millions of Superfund dollars spent have produced- a world-class wildlife experience that hikers and cyclists alike can appreciate, and with no concerns of turning glow-in-the-dark neon green! Check local gov sites for public input at city council meetings this week in Westminster 5/9,, Jefferson County 5/10, Broomfield 5/10, Arvada 5/16, Boulder 5/12 and speak out!

I love the idea of this much more trail connected to the boulder High Plains trail! Great atonement for the past use of this land!

Palos (outside Chicago) was turned into a wonderful recreational resource after burying two nuclear reactors on the site. It was a great way to turn a relic from the nuclear age into a habitat for wildlife and recreation for all. I see the same for Rocky Flats and the RMG.

We have a trail here (Olympia Peninsula WA state) and it is very important to quality of life as well as tourism and economic development.

With many partners and the support of the counties along with connecting urban areas to America's great outdoors, this is a positive & valuable project. Let us ask & expect wisdom to prevail and the grant for Rocky Mountain Greenway be put through without further delay.
