I use this beach in the summer with my boat. Not a good idea. Space will be very limited. Parking, boat launching, etc.

This is very wrong. It is time the powers that be start listening to the people, shame on you!

Do not privatize sunset beach. I bought my home in this neighbourhood so that my daughter and I could walk to the beach and enjoy it.

To Jerry’s comment that it would make it hell for residents trying to enjoy the beach it will make it hell for anyone trying to use the beach. The residents don’t have issues with parking nor do those who come by bus, bike or walk in. This will make it very difficult for all those who do come to this beach from other parts of Niagara and even further such as the GTA to enjoy this beach. We want to continue to see people come from all over and we then want them to leave nothing behind so that the next group can come in and use it. There are many faces we only see in summer and I am looking forward to seeing them, their kids, and their dogs again this summer. This is not a fight for the residents beach - the residents don't own any beach. This is a fight for public beach.

This would make it awful for local residents whose only relaxation is using the beach in the summer.

The courts must go elsewhere! Dr. Phil Smith sums it up perfectly.

this beach is just too small to put in permanent fixtures, we travel in from toronto to use this beach, and spend our lunch and dinner money locally, there are other solutions for beach volleyball. In fact volleyball doesnt need water access to play. Most people who use the beach are trying to enjoy and access the water. Do not destroy water access for a sport or leisure activity that does not require water.........that makes no common sense.

I have been going to this beach for many years and enjoy the peaceful setting. It is great place for families and to walk your dog. Please keep this a Public beach
