Please allow this amazing family and organization (CDMA) to continue their business in Grover Beach in a safe environment free from a cannabis business and all that encompasses it! Vote no on allowing this cannabis business. Respectfully, Lisa and Charlie Katherman, Pismo Beach, CA.

This is so wrong! Too many families with children are at these businesses on a daily basis! Moms with small children.

My grandchildren attend sessions at your facility. It would be heartbreaking to see business in this family friendly environment.

Please do not displace the CDMA Studio. It provides positive experiences for so many local children. There are many other locations available for the Natural Healing Center in Grover Beach that would not impact so many innocent children.

One of my favorite quotes from Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. says it all: "Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter." The distribution of marijuana is incompatible with the mission and patrons of Coastal Dance and Music Academy and should not be permitted to be located in at that location. There are several other locations within the approved zone to place a dispensary.

Since the early 80's our city has tried to put in a place for children to go, to better the children of our community. To keep children out of trouble. We have succeeded with CDMA , Gymnastics and a Gym.
Shame on Grover Beach for even thinking of putting something that has to do with marijuana in that location. That is backward thinking at its best.
Please help us raise our children in the best environment we can. From that you will save money not having to hire more police.

I strongly feel this is going to be a deterrent from individual bringing their children to these business. I have 2 granddaughter, 3 & 5 that attend dance in this area. I would not feel comfortable with bringing them there or having them attend with this type of activity. It is not different than a school where children attend.

I'm fine with the selling. Just not when it takes away safe places for kids and their families to go.

The Pacific Flips Gymnastics school is also nearby. Why would they even think of issuing that permit?! I live in Arroyo Grande.

Please consider the bigger picture here and the damage that will be done to the community as a whole by displacing the well-established businesses and families involved. There is a lot at stake here.

I have been a GB resident for 29 out of the last 39 years. I know this type of business well only lead to trouble for our city. Please do the research of other areas that have aloud these in their towns. It is NOT worth the extra revenue. My granddaughter attends dance at CDMA, she should not have to lose this.

There are many activity centers in this complex that are focused around youth. Please do not support the sale of this property and force out many of these wonderful community supported activities for kids in exchange for marajauna sales,

An area that contains businesses focused on personal improvement, growth, and the development of children into strong and capable adults is not compatible with a business complex that houses a marijuana dispensary.

Such a business has no place next to a place where young children go in and out
