This change will greatly affect our kids and our home values. The cape cod are should not be segregated from the rest of heritage. Ridiculous.

Please consider keeping this section of Heritage at its current school, Lone Star. My daughter will be in 4th grade next year, seems unnecessary to move to a new school for one year, before she attends the intermediate school the following year.

One question - if the homes newly zoned for Friendship see a decline in property values, wouldn't it stand to reason that the rest of Heritage, zoned to better schools would see an increase in value? If they are zoned to exemplary schools (thus more people seek them out over the homes zoned to Friendship) I would imagine they'd appreciate in value

One of the main reasons we bought her home was for Lone Star Elementary! This is so dissapointing.

We bought our home specifically for the awesome school. My property value means something. This will have a negative impact on all of Heritage, not just the Trinity section.

The only reason we purchased this house was due to the school! Lone Star is a part of this neighborhood and our homes should continue to be zoned to it. It makes very little sense to cut a small section of the neighborhood off and send it to a school in a different neighborhood. This will ruin our community! This section of Heritage belongs at Lone Star!

Thank you! We knew EVERYONE would! This is the BEST community in Texas as far as we are concerned and we all contribute to that and we have no doubt that the entire community will band together to save our homes!

Lone Star is a very important part of Cape Cod homes and neighborhood.. they go hand in hand. We feel strongly this needs to not happen.
