This PO is vital to the community and it's closure would cause inconvenience to many, many people. It's taken on customers from other local POs already closed and we all would have to travel to Leeds city centre for postal services.

This is a well used and needed community resource. We have lost other local post offices and need this in central Headingley. It is a busy and well used.

One word PRIVATISATION. Blame Gideon Osborne and his bunch of crooks this is what happens in privatized Britain. Royal Mail is now wholly owned and operated for the profit of shareholders. This government doesn't give a flying **** about the lives of ordinary people – in Headingley it makes a lot of sense if you are looking to flog off assets, especially prime real estate – Premier Inn have acquired part of the Arndale Centre remember -look at the bigger picture. People need to get very angry and start fighting back
