The backside of my property, which is adjacent to the proposed development, floods now more than it ever has. My concern is that any further development, will worsen the flooding, not only on the surrounding property but on Brewster Road as well. I'm not sure how much more traffic this side of Brewster Road can handle. I ask that you please listen to the concerns of the residents that already live hear and address the current infrastructure issues before approving more development on Brewster Road.

The number of homes proposed for this piece of property is too many. Just across the poweline is a similar piece of property that has two homes on it. If the new development were 7 homes not 17 it would be a lot better and help keep home values high.

No more developments please. Traffic is horrible on Brewster Rd. Concerned of flooding where there's been none, quaintanace is going to be no longer. There has been way too much change and not enough roads and drainage to support these subdivisions. So, NO !!! I DO NOT SUPPORT THIS OR ANY FUTURE DEVELOPMENT .......

We have too much development in this area and it will be a flood issue if we don’t stop overbuilding!

We have lived on Fairfield Oaks Drive for 10 years. We are opposing this subdivision due to flooding and traffic issues in our area. Brewster Road is a narrow and dangerous road to travel, especially during and after heavy rain due to standing water and flooding. In addition, the substantial increase in subdivisions and other homes being built on Brewster Road has resulted in large influxes of traffic at any given time of the day. Please address infrastructure before allowing yet another development in this already crowded stretch of road.

This area has grown since we’ve moved here. Traffic has become unbearable, not to mention the streets are in need of repair. I feel that the more construction will lead to this area falling into a flood zone, taking away the area or areas, where the over abundance of water runs into. Please reconsider new construction behind the Fairfield Oaks Subdivision area. Thank you

We live on Fairfield Oaks Dr and back up to the power-lines and the current “retention pond”. Which is actually just a runoff. At one point it was so overgrown we couldn’t even see the other side of the power-lines.
They’ve since cleared it, but there has been more water pushed back there than ever before. In addition our streets have been flooded with minimal rain. Adding 17 more homes will only add to the continued flooding issues.
Let’s also add, Brewster Road, Perriloux, and Dummyline are barely wide enough for 2 vehicles to pass. There’s been more accidents on Brewster with vehicles going in the ditch because of inadequate size of roads with the amount of vehicles because of so much growth.
Stop St Tammany! Build the infrastructure first!
