No booze at the Willows, it's been a family place to bring children for decades, let's keep it that way. Otherwise we'll be hearing police stories from there of stabbings, riots, beatings, etc...it will attract the wrong crowd and repel the right crowd.

It has been always free of alcohol why change now? This park is for family enjoyment without seeing a bar or drunkenness!!! Keep it the way it is….

I concur with all these points. If allowed, I feel the environment would definitely change from family friendly. Our family would hate to lose that.

My mom lives at 10 Sutton ave, The house directly behind this space. We have lived here for over 40 years and this would be such a terrible thing for both her and her husband while they get close to their retirement. I am all for a fun time in Salem, but this is a place where people take their young families, this is a neighborhood that is peaceful and quiet at night. That’s one of the most special parts of that neighborhood. The bar will not only be loud, drunk people will pour over into the neighborhoods after hours. During the day, the risk of children getting hit by drunk drivers would be inevitable. Save the bar scene for downtown where it belongs. It doesn’t belong in the willows

Adding alcohol will not enhance the Willow experience. The Willows is wonderful the way it is.

The Willows should continue to be a family destination—and also continue to be a quiet residential neighborhood at night.

This is NOT a place for alcohol to be served. Never was never will be.

This would negatively affect the residents living in the area as well as take away the family atmosphere that the Willows is known for. We dont NEED more bars!

I strongly feel tht Salem Willows should be kept alcohol free because it has been a quiet serene area for families and for kids to watch the boats in the harbor. As well as even just enjoying walking around the area and taking in the scenery, I feel tht putting Bit Bar in that location would take away from its tranquility. I feel it should stay in its area in downtown Salem Massachusetts as that's where a lot of the other restaurants are, this would also play in to affect with pple being irresponsible. As someone who's been a part of Salem since they were knee high to a grass hopper I suggest we should look at how it will affect everyone.
