Please keep the Willows Park safe for families.
Keep the historic feel about it. It’s a huge part of Salem. There are plenty of bars downtown. Salem does not need another in beautiful place for families to enjoy and feel safe.

Salem willows is also a place that families have cookout and birthday parties. The change would bring a different atmosphere and I don’t think this is a good idea.

Salem has MORE liqueur licenses than needed. The more jobs debate usually does not pan out as worthwhile. Keep a nice peaceful park for families Do we need to spend more money on policing and cleaning. Let's face this now and and no this is not a joke. The restoration of the bathroom is horrible. Last.year when going into the womans room with my niece you could see a man standing at the urinal!

There are other areas of Salem where this type of permit is targeted and allowed. Allowing a permit in the Willows is profoundly unfair to other Salem establishments that have observed the community’s preferences.

The willows is a family place. Nothing about booze, axes, or anything they are offering spells family fun. There are plenty of places to go for that. The willows is a unique little slice of heaven
