The Public Health nurse was basically taking the Nuremberg defence ( just following orders ) She did not have a clue as to what ingredients she was injecting into these kids and felt threatened when Mr. Sullivan approached her and asked for the product monograph. Informed consent involves risk awareness no matter how great or small. If she was fearful it should be because she hadn't a clue what she was injecting. " I'm not a vaccine expert" was her excuse.

When granting the pHARMaceutical industry total immunity from lawsuits, the US Supreme Court even stated that vaccines are "unavoidably unsafe". It is only unavoidable so long as parents remain ignorant to the risks and allow their children to be poisoned. In this case they failed in their duty of care, the public health nurse failed to provide the students with vaccine inserts or inform them of the risks, yet the only one being punished is a teacher who was trying to protect his students from harm and encourage them to think critically. It's a shameful day for Canadian 'justice'.

If he is guilty of professional misconduct for educating his students (which is his job if I am correct), then the nurses are guilty as well for NOT giving all the information that is provided. Can't have it both ways.

How can one be guilty of telling the truth? Is that not what we teach our kids? Vaccines are poison and have never been tested for safety or effectiveness. He's a science teacher, anyone who knows a little about science knows that aluminium, formaldehyde, and Mercury are highly toxic and yet they are injecting them into babies. Common people! wake up!

All new vaccines have cancer enzymes in them, not to mention Alu, Formaldehyde, GMO's, viruses form animals etc! Teachers are here to inform. He is informing his students of what the DOCTORS AND HEALTH NURSES and NOT DOING. He was doing their job and by punishing him in anyway you are setting a precedence that when you speak the truth if it does not match the FAKE agenda that we have been sold, you will be punished.
