This man is a hero of children. Informed consent is so important. The hypocrisy of this situation is unreal. It's ok for medical personnel to inject children with known carcinogens, neurotoxins, allergens, and aborted fetal tissues, without the parents' consent. It's ok for teachers to push a provaccine stance. But heaven forbid a teacher tries to get children to think for themselves instead of believing everything they're told and he's seen as a criminal. Our world is so messed up and backwards. Free this teacher!!!

What happened to freedom of speech! people can say, "vaccines are good for you and they will save your life" yet a person who does not share the same belief and has the right to his/her own opinion will be persecuted! We live in Canada, right!

Can someone start a GoFundMe for Mr. Sullivan to get a decent lawyer and to appeal!
There are legal points that were completely ignored by the college and these points should be brought to Mr. Sullivan's attention.
1.
1. The Canadian Medical Association are constantly stressing the "The importance of informed consent and disclosing harm."
Mr. Sullivan did his part as a Canadian citizen to encourage his students to obtain proper informed consent!
2. HEALTH CANADA clearly states on their website that ALL patients are to receive PRE-VACCINATION SCREENING/COUNSELING!!
It says:
"Prior to vaccination, the vaccine provider should:
- assess that the vaccine recipient is capable of consenting to the procedure or that, when required, an appropriate guardian or substitute decision-maker gives consent;
- provide information regarding the risks and benefits of receiving or not receiving the vaccine;
- assess the vaccine recipient's current state of health;
- assess contraindications and precautions to receiving the vaccine, including any history of potential immediate or anaphylactic hypersensitivity to a previous dose of the vaccine or to any of the vaccine components; refer to Contraindications, Precautions and Concerns in Part 2 for additional information;
- evaluate reactions to previous vaccinations;
- discuss frequently occurring minor adverse events and potential rare severe adverse events;
- provide an opportunity for the vaccine recipient or guardian to ask questions."
So by law, the NURSE is the criminal, NOT the teacher, because she FAILED to "discuss frequently occurring minor adverse events and potential rare severe adverse events" with the students. Mr. Sullivan was doing the job of the vaccine provider since she was too ignorant to do her job.

Interesting how it is perfectly ok to propagandize kids to get shots without relaying any risks but it is not ok to tell them to read the inserts or mention what an insert says the adverse reactions could be.

Anyone has a right to stand up for what they believe to be true. In this case, it would have been impossible for those students to truly give informed consent, without knowing the dangers. This teacher only wanted the students to be aware. There should be more teachers like him out there.

No-one should be penalised for telling the truth. Vaccines are not 100% safe and both sides should be debated
