Not everything has to be paved over and built on. Leave some green space for us all to enjoy.

Please stop developing every inch of open land and do NOT remove these beautiful oak trees. Find another plot of land to build new houses on.

My biggest concern with this project is the traffic. We are already a very congested area that is getting more dangerous every day. Adding 19 homes is unthinkable to me; especially when you think approximately 38 or more cars would now added to this area on a daily basis.

Keep this important wildlife corridor and protected oak trees! This land should be a public park with walking trails so humans and wildlife can all make use of it.

This project removes too many protected Oak trees. It also uses a building style of large retaining walls to support rectangular lots that are counter to the gradual sloping practices that characterize this area.

We don't need anymore developments in the neighborhood. Traffic congestion alone is a problem. If you want to develop go join the dozens of others north of Ventura Blvd and continue ruining the city.

I have lived in the Girard Tract neighborhood since 1974 and would hate to see this beautiful natural habitat destroyed. Make the land a park and historical landmark. We miss seeing the peacocks and sheep.

I’m a retired marine biology professor and have lived in the Girard Tract neighborhood since 1974. We need to preserve this natural habitat. The Sierra Club should be informed about this.
