We need more teachers like this who see children as indivuals,this is what makes young people ..

Disgusting, they have absolutely no right to do this. It’s all currupt. The whole system and they prey on the best people. The people of this country have had enough of everything. Enough is enough. I hope something is done about this teacher! Well done to everyone standing together.

I don’t know him or live in this place, but it seems to me he is well liked and definitely needed back at that school. Why does a small minority of moaners always ruin things for everyone else!

As a mother of a child who is different not less Teachers like Mr Yates are very crucial to education and students well being . If he can do so much for children and bring together his staff and have full support from the families surely says simething about his methods have been working.

Open and honest is the best policy Parents need to know all this cloak and dagger stuff! Teaching is a tough profession and to get rid of what looks like an amazing well loved one - is crazy!!

I don’t know him, but we need more teachers like him. He sounds amazing. I hope he’s reinstated. Good Luck.

Looks like a fantastic teacher.

It's not every day you get a teacher or head teacher that can connect with with children in this world today were children have no respect this man has earned the respect and respects the children through his personality he's teaching kids that life doesn't have to be so stricted is this just not every parent's dream for children to get on at school and be happy and learn because it is mine and I have 3 girls listen to the children listen to the parents !!!!

These days schools are about ticking boxes and not the children. Here is a man who doesn’t conform to these ways and focuses on the children. I bet they look forward to going to school when he’s there. I now believe moral will be low and a slump in the children’s achievement will be showing. Get Him back. Schools need Mr Yates’s

Teaching is more than just standard one size fits all rules. Its adapting to each individual child’s needs, earning and gaining respect from each child and making them feel as safe and comfortable in their learning environment as possible not military like classrooms!

Wish I had a teacher like him when I was at school :) x
