Keep our shoreline pristine. Opposed to development. Opposed to more people taking up
Residency and no road infracture and general additional services to serve new development.

There is too much development going on along the bay front and developers seem to be able to bypass the regulations introduced to protect the local environment

This development proposal is obscene. The harm to the habitat, the ecology, and the environment are immeasurable. The traffic congestion caused by this development will be overwhelming. Please do not let tax revenues blind you to all the negatives in this proposal.

While I live in Arkansas, I visit Longboat Key, often. We go to the Walmart in Bradenton, eat at Starfish & Co, enjoy the Sarasota Bay eco tours, +++. Traffic from Bradenton Beach heading into Bradenton is bad enough. How will a community this size NOT impact traffic? The impact to the Bay will be catastrophic. The oyster beds filter the trash. The seahorses, the crabs, the fish, and all of the little critters need the natural protection. The shoreline is pristine along LBP. This is what has made this, area so appealing to my family since the 1970s! Please vote NO!

If we cannot save it in it's entirety, then at least there should be NO destruction of the shoreline. How can we make them care about something other than profit?!

Nature - in this case the specific mangroves - is being destroyed far too rapidly. Sea levels are already rising yet you want to allow this company to violate several ordinances and build right on the water, destroy the mangroves which are vital to much life and all for what exactly? Money?????
PLEASE don't do this - please say no
