This is not right. Lets us play, it has worked for plenty of years and there is no reason to change now.

How can you treat D-3 unlike D-1 just because it is seen as a lower level?

There is no pressure from our coaches on our institution to over compete, overcompetition accounts for virtually none of our injuries, and we outperform the general student body academically. There is no justification for the NCAA to change our competition schedules as blindly as they have proposed to. I strongly disagree with the proposition and most especially its reasoning. I concede a population of unsuccessful students exists, but some students are just not ready for college and others aren't willing to sacrifice their leisure time to better themselves personally, academically, or professionally. However, that is an issue that cannot be resolved by enacting an impersonal, detrimental policy.

Vote No! D3 Athletes compete for the love of the game. There's big money in D1 and D2, but none of that in D3. Nothing but a whole lotta heart, blood, sweat and tears. D3 student athletes face many obstacles in school and in sports- Don't deprive student-athletes of the chance to compete

Division 3 athletes deserve the same opportunities as division 2 and division 1 athletes to qualify for nationals.

NCAA DIII athletics are the purest of the three divisions that are governed by the NCAA. Why should the athletes that compete for the simple love of playing and competing in their sport. Division III athletes train and compete just as hard as the athletes in DI and DII. Shortening the already short DIII schedules would be a shame and an insult to DIII athletics.

Leave these kid that truly compete for the love of their sport alone. You should let the increase the number of events that they compete in.

We still have to practice during that time. Don't take away our chance to show off our hard work.

Our season is short as it is. Cutting us down meets gives us less time to improve.

I run track and field and we do not have enough meets as it is. Last year I ran three races all season long.

I think by shorting our season is bad because then a lot of people won't do as well, its not fair to the athletes and some of the regions have worse weather than others so it doesn't provide an equal opportunity for athletes to do well.
