Demand Metal Detectors and Clear Backpacks in Harford County Public Schools to Ensure Student Safety

I considered keeping my daughter home only because everyday she came home with another vape. This has to stop.

We need metal detectors inside the schools. I keep hearing about ‘we r gonna get a life alert to kids so if they’re in danger, they can call for help’ when u need to STOP the danger by having it so u have to pass through a metal detector before u can enter any part of the school! Save the children before the danger happens!

Please put metal detectors in the schools. There are many guns in these Edgewood and joppatown schools everyday. This was bound to happen

My child is in the same school. And today 923 yet another lock down for a threat. This is unacceptable. Our children should not have to be afraid to go to school. Parents shouldn't have to pray their children will make it home safe when going to school !! As a parent I am scared and I am angry!
