I know what people think about individuals who love to boast - Ignore them, and care less about them without the need to start a fight over it. However, this is different. The act of this specific individual goes over the line such that his acts have caused annoyance to the majority of the gaming community; Hence it would be the one and only option, and also a responsibility, to throw out a vote of no confidence on him in order to remove him permanently from the community.
