Keep a company that serves people SCT on 10/10a route

The number 10 and 10a is my children's school bus, the grandparents' babysitting route, the way we get to hospital appointments and is most importantly reliable. It is basically essential to my family's life and if it became less reliable our whole routine would be disrupted significantly. Both my children have additional needs, and being able to rely on the number 10 is a godsend. Please, please renew the contract with SCT.

They cannot be serious! That's the only bus that comes up to Psalter Lane from Hunters Bar, and it's a steep hill. There are about 5 old peoples' homes here, what are they supposed to do without the 10/10a bus.

This bus is the most punctual in Sheffield. It cuts journey times and avoids needless journies into town, connecting areas which are usually cut off from many areas such as Norton lees/meersbrook.

Please keep this service running by the current provider. If it's not broke, don't mend it. You have a reliable company, providing a vital service, and valued by its users, and this is how you repay everyone..... not impressed.

The number 10 service is so useful and much needed. The drivers really treat the customers well - it’s the bus service that restores my faith in human nature.

This is an essential link to hospitals used by both patients and nhs workers not forgetting its link to schools by many students the current service is impeccable and should continue to be run by a Sheffield company who have proved they are able to offer a continued service throughout severe weather and offer a speedy replacement should the bus suffer breakdown I am sure this cannot be matched by an out of city company with dubious reputation in addition many of the current drivers will be unable to continue due to the additional commute hours - after offering a first class service over many years this is how they are being repaid - please please consider the opinions of the users and not make this about the cheapest tender!

Use this bus all the time for hospital appointments so does my daughter who works at the hallamshire

This is an important bus route that links many people to hospitals and surgeries. It’s used by a LOT of older people too & reaches parts of Sheffield other routes don’t. This is a bus service....it should serve the people of Sheffield.

We, the users, want the quality of the service to be considered, drivers are friendly and respectful, the buses come on time. Also is based in Sheffield and has served us amazingly well, we say keep them!
