I agree with you, they do it very well, they are punctual and respectful. They are also very friendly and if you use it regularly we get to know them and them you. That is community.

Indeed, the bid for the service was lost because the other large company could offer a cheaper contract, but we will loose the friendly drivers we all know.

They are not taking it away Emma, they are giving it to a company outseide Sheffield and the drivers do not want to go with it as they will have to travel far to get to work, so we will loose the friendly and respectful drivers, and we know the large company that won, does not have a good service record.

Thank you for saying this, I was able to read it to one of the drivers and he was chuffed, although they have been offered to continue with the new company this is based too far away and most declined, so we will loose the drivers too.

As a support worker across the city, I know so many elderly and vulnerable people really rely on the number 10 bus to get around. Please don't take the magic bus away from them! It will push them into isolation :-(

Keep this vital and successful service in operation. it it literally a lifeline to the hospitals. Keep the notion of real 'service' in the title Bus Service. not just a' bus business' for profit only!

This is the only way some elderly can get to hospital appointments. this is a much-needed and used service

My wife uses this bus for her commute, and since pregnant, to get to appointments at the Hallamshire. Its a rare and vital link between east and west Sheffield. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

I use this bus daily to and from work at the hospital. Many people use it to get to and from hospital appointments

I have cancer and need this bus to get to appointments, without it I wouldn't be able to get out and go anywhere!
