Tonka Bay resident with family that uses that forest/green space very regularly. I would strongly encourage relocating the soil and remains to an area with easier access for any visitors or construction machinery.

All the residents in Tonka Bay want this soil to find a final resting place but it's not right to disproportionately burden one neighborhood that wasn't even the main source of the soil for your solution. You took an oath to represent the residents of Pleasant Avenue and Lilah Lane and we are counting on you to work hard to represent us.

Trees are a huge part of what distinguishes the western suburbs from the others. We have been removing far too many trees over the last decade. We will soon look more like our neighboring suburbs to the south and north without a course correction.
