Councils have an option to develop their communities this looks like one of these opportunities that should not be allowed to drift and become a seriously missed opportunity

I’m a little Rob Roy fan. I love 2 watch my team playing a good game every Saturday. I live in Kirkintilloch.

Rob Roy are a community institution. The prospect of the club coming home can only be of benefit for the town.Business will follow for local businesses and more importantly a community environment/hub will be created for families of all ages as the club opens its door to all ages to become involved in sport. The opportunities created will be available for the town to use a whole.Young people will have a positive environment to meet and have the opportunity to enjoy outdoor activity in a secure and safe place, something which is sadly lacking in the area.

Kirkintilloch Rob Roy should have a ground in Kirkintilloch and play at their own home ground.

Too right, get them back to the ancestral pile. Otherwise, what's the point.

Grew up next to adamslie Park. Should be in Kirkintilloch again, happy memories of a very busy social club and well supported team.

For quite some time,I have doubted the council's commitment to bringing this important kirkintilloch institution back to the town.their shortsightedness is nothing short of a disgrace and is shamefull They must now at least, assist the committee to go ahead with the club's plans and not put any further obstructions In our way.

We must bring the roy back to the town.if the council can't or won't get involved,at least help the club do it themselves
