I share concerns regarding the number of units going in this property and the concerns regarding loss of green space particularly around existing homes as well as drainage and traffic issues.
I would approve of this project with maybe half of the proposed units to address all of the concerns!

Too much congestion on an already overwhelmed road. I pride myself in living in a community/county that holds onto natural habitat and green living space. This goes against that. Please reconsider.
