Rory always has been my favorite guitarist, a shining example to me personally. He and his songs made me love and learn to play the guitar. He never was one of the fastest guitar players, but when he played and sang it felt true and honest, not for the show. He seized you with his emotional and sensitive play, both in his ballads and when he rocked till you drop. Once he was called "the only white guitarist who plays the black guitar". I consider this the greatest compliment to him, who neither appeared vail nor arrogant, but who played himself right into our hearts in his very special modest, honest and lovable way. Rory I love you, I'm f***ing sure you still rock on, regardless of where you are now! RIP :)
