rory has been honoured at home and abroad but only in a small way in Cork. His appeal reaches far and wide so let's let everybody see the city is serious about it's famous son and name Cork Airport 'Rory Gallagher International Airport'.

A fitting tribute. If Liverpool can be named after John Lennon why can't Cork be named after Rory? He's a lot more deserving that's for sure!
