I don't have a personal story, but if all I've read is true, she should at the very least get investigated and then punished appropriately. Those are not animals, they are our family, our babies and we spend a lot of money on them.

after what I heard that she did to dogs by removing their vocal cords!!!! so they couldn't bark. This is a sick person.
