Remove Meade County, SD Commissioner Alan Aker from Office

I am a Meade County resident and I do not approve of discrimination in any form.

rude, heartless man.

This guy is a joke and should not hold a government office.

We need someone who really cares about this state

Mr. Aker's personal bias has overstepped his responsibility as County Commissioner. His lack of support and respect for the rulings of the highest court in the land is akin to a whining child.- we have enough of that already.

Very concerned that a person who would post something like this is currently holding a public office.

I was absolutely offended by this post on his official Meade County Commissioner Facebook page. He must be removed.

I'm certain that the official page of any government official is not the appropriate place for hate speech. Or, more accurately, hate speech has no place in public discourse anywhere.

My hope in signing this petition is that our SD officials will see that as South Dakotan's we believe in equal rights for all and upholding federal laws.

Get out.

Disrespectful to the Supreme Court and the people he is supposed to represent. ALL of them.

I agree he has the right to his personal opinion. As a public servant he needs to uphold the law of the land and it is Supreme.

There is no room for a bigot especially after a law has been changed that he is violating.
