Furthermore, this disincentiveses people from buying existing homes. Why would the town do that in a buyer’s market?

Stop over development and demand road and sidewalk improvements to facilitate the already over developed areas.
Demand new fees from developers that develop on county roads to fund condemning property at intersections to widen the roads!

Absolutely not. Ramapo taxes are too high for current residents. We cannot subsidize tax breaks for new residents.

I am totally against this new law that does Not benefit the town and its residents.
