No thank you, aside from all the points already made. While it might contribute to the property value for the complexes in question, it may very well result in a decrease in our property values as more sectional title homes enter the enclosure.

No from 58B Bevan Road - the current road closure residents receive no benefit from including additional complexes and bear all the responsibilities for payment of infrastructure as new body corporates are not legally bound by what developers say they will do. So it really doesn’t matter what the developer offer is, it has no value in the future when the complex is handed over to the body corporate.
