It's kind of modern slavery to keep in nowdays staff with this miserable income! What about these months with Coronavirus, with high risk and these staffs work in first line near doctors and nurses? Sad!

They need this money big time I sore a few members with holes in trousers and tops and one couldn't afford lunch such a shame with all the hard work they do

All services should be provided by the NHS by Direct Labour. There is enough evidence that the private sector does not provide better quality, They are there for profit, so the pay and conditions of staff are always worse than the NHS. Royal Borough Greenwich has a policy of the ' London Living wage.
