This petition is to collect the signatures required to demand that the current board be removed and a new election be put into place. The Providence community is faced with a heartbreak situation where the current board is misusing community funds. Due to this misuse, the community is now faced with a 20% increase in our assessments. Instead of being prudent and finding smarts ways to work within the budget, they have decided to increase the dues. On top of the increase, the board and management company did not allow the homeowners ample time to address this situation; they only allowed seven days.

It is time for a change, and that change is for a new board that will balance our budget correctly and fairly. Please sign below if you want to have a new board put into place.
