The current zoning should be maintained and the requested variance should be denied. The proposed development is out of sync with the neighborhood and would cause overly burdened infrastructure - roads, drainage, schools, etc., to become even more of a problem. Any elected or appointed representative who approves the proposed Logan development plan can expect major resistance because the proposed development is WRONG FOR PORTERS NECK and WRONG FOR WILMINGTON.

Please listen to your constituents! This will negatively impact this community in numerous ways. It's time to put your constituents before the almighty dollar

This is our family's vote AGAINST Logan homes building apartments in our community! The traffic and environmental impact will not be sustainable and will dramatically affect the area negatively!

We do not want more big developments in an already over populated area.

Our area is getting more crowded every day. Impact on schools, roads and traffic would be devastating.

There is already too much development in that area. Traffic is a nightmare. I live behind Big Lots and can’t even turn left onto Market St most of the time.

High density development in this area is a terrible idea! We are maxed out in traffic, population at all schools in the area (even the new PN Elementary!), and housing. This would be a disaster.

Please end the build cycle. The last few years this County has done nothing to mitigate the traffic and flooding.
