Puerto Rico is United States territory. It's hard to believe than in our neighbor island of Santo Domingo the servers are active, but in ours, even though we are part of US, we have nothing. The servers were up for about two hours one night and that's it, so we know its possible, they just need to be unrestricted or "fixed" if they're really broken. Also, Ingress worked perfectly fine here, as I know a couple of players. Please reconsider releasing the game to more and more countries without fixing it on the ones it was ready released on.
