Totally opposed to this commercial development with its variances in this "Nature Preserve" like community especially with the variances Mr. Horn wants.

This development is completely out of character for the neighborhood. The requested variances fly in tht face of the safety and quality controls that were passed into law to ensure thoughtful and sensible development and to preserve a decent quality of life for exiting home owners. There is no justification to make exceptions for a developer who proposes to disrupt the continuity of churches, schools, homes and a quiet peaceful neigh our hood community

As there are no changes to decrease the density of the development and all the variances-I oppose.

Point Washington is a forested, residential, peaceful environment we moved to in 1997. Commercial projects of this ilk are unwelcome!

We have lived in the Point Washington area since 1980 . I do not feel the proposed Artisan development fits in the HistoricPoint Washington neighborhoods. No variences should be allowed, The area with the school traffic is already traveled heavily and further traffic with no traffic plan improvements should not be allowed, nor should special events be allowed as this will also have a negative effect on traffic and the quiet nature of the community.

If anyone wants to see a drawing of the proposed development I can provide it.
