I voted for PL to have the big chimney removed but really NOT to have a 140,000 cubic meters of LNG on a floating liquefied gas storage unit close to shore anad the risks it poses to residents.

This has nothing to do with colours, reds or blues...if a tragedy happens, even the labour supporters will cry...but then it will be too late...they also need to clearly make their objections heard and stand up to be counted...

It is irresponsible not to take into account the risks for the safety of the people who live in the area.

There was never a serious plan about this project, it was all about political advantage. Now it has become about the safety of people, businesses and the country's economy.

The government is hell bent on fulfilling an electoral promise that was key to winning the 2013 elections. What good will that be to us residents if our safety is compromised?

Shame on PN / Simon Busuttil for trying to change want the Maltese people wants. This petition's goal is to score PR points ONLY. PN doesn't care about the safety of the Maltese people, let alone people of the south!
