I’ve been living at pegasus for couple of months only and since I arrived nothing but problems !! They’re always trying to renovate something that will take forever and the result won’t be even close to something nice. Now in the middle of the summer after a world pandemic they’re trying to close the only outdoor distraction that this building offers and yes, that’s the pool! Are you kidding me!? I hope you change your mind on this matter because so far the job of the leasing office its terrible! And now even worst if they let this happen!!

Thank you for doing this Peter. It's nice to see that many feel the same. These "renovations" and decision making from Mgmt. doesn't make sense AT ALL. The money being used on these unnecessary projects should be used towards new laundry machines, working elevators, replacing broken exercise machines, deflated medicine balls, pest control, reopening the business center... these should have been priority.... not the pool area (which quite frankly was the only thing in the building that was fine!) Do the cameras even work? I too am considering leaving flyers! I realize that this may seem like "first world problems", but it's about principle! We work VERY hard for our money ---so us asking to get what we pay for is reasonable!

I appreciate what Pegasus is trying to do for us by beautifying the pool area, but due to the delays it's no longer a good time to do this. I also wonder why the figure 8 area is blocked on one side and what happened to the vending machine up there. They should delay further changes until fall after surveying the residents rather than assuming a mural is what we would want.

Keep the pool open, doesn’t make sense to close during the summer unless you want to keep it closed to save money

It isn't necessary to close down the pool area during the peak of summer - especially with all the delays building caused

I’m in 503 and so glad to be moving out, and that others feel the same with regards to all these renovations that aren’t making the place any better, just more of an inconvenience. It feels like they just want to change things because they have nothing better to do.

Absolutely ridiculous they are making the decision to shut down the pool during peak Summer. Delay or give us a rent reduction!

I can’t understand the “renovations” at all. There seems to be a focus on projects that aren’t priority for residents. The resources and time spent should be used towards new appliances, apt renovations, new gym equipment and not months where the results are paint or new lighting. The gym is dark and feels industrial now and the lack of cabanas at the pool is an issue for residents (myself included) who have medical issues and need protection from the sun! The key features that made me sign with this building is no longer and frustrating. Definitely not getting what I paid for!

I’m confident that all residents would prefer to have renovations begin winter 2023, rather than lose access to the pool during the peak of summer. This plan prioritizes timelines over the residents, and interferes with the enjoyment of the amenities that we are paying for.
Pool > painting
